In 1901, Brother George Armstrong was the Worshipful Master of Loyal Orange Lodge No. 1278.  

​In 1917, Brother A.J. Hewitt of Minden, Ontario was the Worshipful Master of Loyal Orange Lodge No. 1278.  In this year they had 47 members.

In 1926, there were 22 members in the Lodge.

In 1934, Peterson Corner still boasted an active Lodge with 24 members.
